Track & Trace Street Food Calendar House Rules

Hello, it’s great to see you again.
Well… those of you we haven’t seen over these past few weeks. Gone are the daydreams of finally being able to sit down and enjoy food & drink with friends & family, that’s right, we are back open!

It goes without saying that ‘open’ isn’t quite what ‘open’ used to mean (yet) and we have been busy planning the best course of action to keep yourselves and our staff safe at all times within our venues. This means that we are following strict guidelines for hospitality businesses put in place by our Government to ensure all social distancing recommendations have been adhered to, as well as conducting thorough risk assessments prior to making our decision of ‘reopening’ our venues.

We are fully compliant with the Government ‘Five Steps to Safer Working Together’ program and have made careful considerations based on the latest licensing restrictions put in place for the easing of lockdown in bars & restaurants by all local authorities.

We are fortunate to have such a wonderful following and regular clientele that have supported us through our first year of trading, as well as through this pandemic, and we trust that you will understand and respect the new measures that have been put in place and our commitment to the safety of all guests, staff and street food traders.

– We will not be accepting bookings initially and all tables will be on a first-come-first served basis, all tables will have a maximum of 2 hours in the venue.
– We will not be operating table service at any venues but a managed, socially distanced queuing system instead.
– Though we have planned out seating arrangements carefully in-line with recommended social distancing measures, we will not risk overcrowding the venue- there may be empty tables sometimes but that does not necessarily mean that they can be used safely and this risk will not be taken by our venue management.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all again for your support, as well as our incredible staff and street food traders that have worked with us all the way though this difficult time. Your cooperation and patience over the coming weeks is much appreciated. Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
